Refund Policy -
If you have made an error in making your donation or you have changed your mind about contributing to the ministry of St. Philip Lutheran Church and School, we will honor all requests for a refund that are made within 10 days of the donation.
Refund Request -
To request a refund please contact us by phone at 773-561-9830. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
