Access Student Application
Early Childhood Application
Thank you for your interest in applying to St. Philip's Early Childhood Program! Our program aligns with Early Childhood state standards while incorporating intentional play. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full and half-days, to meet your family’s needs.

Our Early Childhood teachers provide a safe and loving environment for each child to learn and grow at their own pace. Students applying to our Preschool program must be at least two-years-old by March 1st. Acceptance into any of our Early Childhood classes includes a tour as well as the completion of the application checklist.
Application Checklist
All Preschool students must be toilet-trained by the date of admission (a child wearing pull-ups is not considered toilet-trained)
Arrange for a private or group tour.
Complete the Preschool application.
Pay the non-refundable $150 application fee.
If the child has an IEP or 504 plan in place, a copy of the plan must be sent to the school office (jlivas@sttphiliplutheran.com).
Once you have submitted the application, we will proceed to email you the admission decision for your child. If you submit an application without taking a tour of our campus, we will ask you and your child to meet with the Principal before being accepted.
Kindergarten-8th Grade Application
Thank you for your interest in applying to St. Philip's Grades Kindergarten-8 Program! Our small class sizes, quality academics, and loving environment provide children with a unique space to learn and grow. Our teachers are excited to help each student succeed at their own pace. Acceptance into any of our Grades Kindergarten-8 classrooms includes a tour as well as the completion of the application checklist.

Send a copy of your child’s most recent report card and test scores to the school office (jlivas@sttphiliplutheran.com).
Pay the non-refundable $150 application fee.
Send all applicable student records such as IEP, 504, or any psychological testing to the school office (jlivas@sttphiliplutheran.com).
